By downloading, installing or using an application published by Tokodi Apps, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License

Tokodi Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the application for lawful, personal purposes in accordance with these terms and the applicable app store rules.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the application, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Some applications may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to its terms.

5. Availability and updates

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any application or feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or operating system version.

6. Intellectual property

The applications, designs, graphics, code, names and related content are owned by Tokodi Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The applications are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokodi Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, an application.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
